Private Group Yoga Sessions
Celebrate a special event with a yoga class with your friends, family or colleagues! Prenatal Yoga Sessions
Whether you are an experienced yogi or want to begin a yoga practice during your pregnancy, we recommend a private session to learn specific modifications to incorporate into your yoga practice throughout the stages of your pregnancy. Private Yoga for Golfers
The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) assessment process analyzes where you have physical limitations, correlates these findings to your swing technique, and is used to develop a customized golf-specific yoga and fitness conditioning program. The tests will evaluate your balance, coordination, stability, mobility and flexibility. This analysis will provide information on your overall physicality, your address posture, and your ability to coordinate all aspects of your swing.
