Power Yoga Basics
Gain insight into the Baptiste system of Power Vinyasa Yoga through fundamental
postures and appropriate modifications. Flow at a slow pace and learn to try easy.
Experience transformation, empowerment and learn acceptance at any level of practice.

Power Vinyasa All Levels
Invigorating flow class of meditation in motion that will empower and transform
you in body, mind and spirit. Taught in the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga.
Learn to go with the flow, find your edge and practice at your own level.
*All levels welcome!
Yoga Level 1
Level 1 classes are geared towards beginners and any student looking for a refresher
of the fundamentals of asana. Modifications are taught to individualize the practice
for each student. This class provides the foundational tools to build a lifelong
yoga practice.
*Excellent for beginners.
Yoga Level 2
Level 2 classes balance meditation, breath, detailed instruction and fluid movement.
Points of alignment are applied throughout the practice as poses progress from basic
to more advanced. Class moves at a pace where students can deepen into a pose, fine-tune
their alignment, and gain greater awareness.
*Prior yoga experience recommended.
Gentle Yoga
Relax with slow flow postures and stretches. Increases flexibility and joint function.
*Wonderful for all levels.
Therapeutic Yoga
Therapeutic yoga promotes relaxation of mind and body while stretching and strengthening
your body and improving balance. Through variations of each pose, practiced on the
mat or with the support of a chair, students can invite their bodies to open. Focus
on the flow of breath helps optimize your health and well-being.
*Tailored to students with physical limitations, injuries, and therapeutic needs.
All ages welcome.
Slow Flow Restorative
This class will guide you deeply inward as you completely surrender into relaxation.
Class begins with a slow flow to warm your body, open your joints and deepen your
breath. Restorative yoga postures are then integrated and held for 3 to 5 minutes
while being supported by props. Please bring a towel or yogitoes.
*Bliss for all levels.
Kids Yoga (4-8 yrs)
Your child will be lead through creative and FUN yoga postures, listen to music
and story tell. They will experience yoga in a non-competitive, self-accepting and
team building atmosphere. The class promotes strength, flexibility, coordination
as well as will help your child learn to relax. $10 drop in fee
Tween Power Hour (8-11 yrs)
A class specially designed for kids between the ages of 8-11. The class will focus
on breath and alignment principles of yoga. This class will build confidence, flexibility
and strength in their bodies.
