Welcome to Bala Vinyasa Yoga. We offer daily classes, private sessions and workshops for all levels in an immaculate space. We also offer massage therapy, Thai massage and Reiki therapy. Our studio has a specialized chakra color lighting system to maximize the benefits of well-being on the physical level as well as on the subtle energy levels.
