The Naples studio offers daily and evening classes, workshops, and private sessions for all levels, massage therapy, Thai massage and Reiki. To promote energy and physical well-being, the studio has a specialized chakra color lighting system. Workshops include children’s sessions, Boot Camp, two-and-a-half-hour Renew and Restore sessions, and other specialized workshops. In January, Wade Imre Morissette, alternative rock star Alainis Morissette’s twin brother, will run a weekend full of workshops that combine yoga and music.”
